The Solution
THE KEYS TO SUCCESSFUL REENTRY
Innovative solutions are required to address the reentry problem. We believe things can be
different!
The men and women we serve through the programs of Brothers in Blue Reentry and LEAD have
great potential. Presented with the resources, mentors, and education they need, these men and
women can not only survive but thrive outside the prison walls.
We use a Christ-centered, evidence-based program of transformative, intensive work and study
within a supportive community that has reduced the new-crime recidivism rate of our graduates
to just 2%.
Between March 2015 and the present day, 1,278 incarcerated people have volunteered for our
program with a nearly 50% graduation rate. 818 of those members have graduated from Phase One
of the program and 594 have completed the reentry program after reentering society.
Just over 200 men and women are currently in our programs and working their way to their own
successful reentry.
