Phase 1 - Women
Phase 1: Education ~ 1 to 2 years leading up to release
The Education Phase is a year long and operates with two groups of approximately
15 incarcerated women in the maximum and medium/minimum compounds at the
women's facility. Classes are held three days a week, with 1:1s and reentry coaching
taking place between.
